Our mission was to rapidly transform Ethoski's social media presence in March. Key objectives included significantly increasing visibility and engagement across platforms, establishing Dr. Shilpa as a leading local authority in skincare, celebrating Women's Day authentically, and ultimately driving clinic growth within the Pune market.

The Lost Project Results

Instagram Ignition

  1. Views soared by 57.6%, reach climbed 13.5%, and interactions exploded by 113.5%.

  2. Local stories and before/after visuals dominated Instagram.

  3. Facebook ads drove significant reach, traffic, and engagement.

  4. Instagram link clicks dipped, signaling an optimization opportunity.

Problem

Ethoski, while possessing expert dermatological services, lacked a strong, engaging social media presence to connect with its target audience in Pune.

  • There was a need to establish Dr. Shilpa as a leading authority in cosmetology within the local community.

  • The clinic sought to increase appointment bookings and promote specific summer-focused treatments.

  • They wanted to do this in a way that celebrated the women of Pune.
